How It Works
1. Complete Your Health Assessment
Start by completing our comprehensive health assessment so we can better understand your medical history, current concerns, lifestyle, medications, and wellness goals.

2. Choose What Works Best for You
You may schedule your comprehensive wellness consultation right away, or choose to complete your laboratory testing beforehand so your results can be reviewed during your consultation.
If you choose to complete labs first, our clinical team will review your health assessment and create a personalized laboratory order for Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp based on your health history, concerns, and wellness goals.

3. Comprehensive Wellness Consultation
Meet virtually or in person with our provider for a 40-minute comprehensive consultation to review your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, goals, and any available laboratory results, and develop your personalized wellness plan.
If you complete laboratory testing beforehand, we recommend scheduling your consultation approximately 7–10 days after your blood draw to allow time for results to be received.
If you choose to complete laboratory testing after your consultation, Dr. Shin will review your results once they are available and connect with you virtually to discuss your findings and any additional or updated recommendations.
Your included 20-minute follow-up remains separate, allowing time to begin your personalized plan before checking in on your progress and making adjustments when appropriate.

4. Included Follow-Up
Your program includes a 20-minute follow-up visit within 12 weeks to assess your progress, answer questions, review any relevant follow-up findings, and make adjustments when appropriate.
Laboratory testing, blood draw fees, medications, supplements, and any additional services or treatments are separate from the program fee. Laboratory costs and insurance coverage vary depending on the testing ordered and your individual insurance plan.
